Pros (+) Good for the low price. Bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There are some minor upgrades to the room. Standard continental breakfast options.
Cons (-) While some room updates had been made, the room is dated with older fixtures and carpet etc. About what you expect for this hotel grade.

Pros (+) On arrival staff at the front desk was neither pleasant or welcoming,or helpful. The provided breakfast was a joke. No one available at 745 to provide a receipt. Motel needs updating. Would not stay there again.
