Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's amenities, particularly the water park, pools, and family-friendly facilities, which are frequently highlighted as the main attraction. Room sizes are generally appreciated, and some staff members are noted as friendly or helpful. However, there are recurring complaints about food quality, cleanliness, and bed comfort, with several guests reporting issues with housekeeping, unvaried or poor-quality meals, and uncomfortable mattresses. Service sentiment is mixed, with some positive interactions but also reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for families seeking entertainment for children, but improvements are needed in food, cleanliness, and comfort.
