Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near attractions like the Rhine Falls and train stations, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. Many also enjoyed the breakfast offerings and appreciated thoughtful touches such as helpful recommendations and luggage storage. However, some guests noted that the building and facilities are older, with a few mentioning issues with room comfort, outdated decor, and value for price. Despite these minor drawbacks, the positive experiences with service, cleanliness, and location stood out in most reviews.
