There was an hours long wait, everyone was cramped into their tiny little office with no organized line. I had to cancel the reservation a book somewhere else-was NOT worth it.2.4 Poor

Long wait to be served (30+ minutes) Despite having global rental car insurance cover, they insisted we must buy their insurance - which costs double the price of the rental car. On top of that, they wanted more another double of the rental fee for dropping the car at the airport. So in total, although they confirmed the booking for $28, they wanted to charge nearly $150. This is shady and dishonest business practices.Sixt
