We were very pleased; easy check-in, quiet room, location was fabulous and convenience of parking garage across the street was superb (and easy charging to room). Staff polite and hotel felt very secure.

The only reason we booked here was for a pool. Pool was OOO. Offered an “upgraded” room. Room was a view of the unusable pool. In the room: Dead bugs on ceiling. Bathroom door handle broken. Floor was torn. AC didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bathroom light fixture and soap dish was broken. Hair in the shower. Every wall was in desperate need of a wipe down and paint job.
