Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local area. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the unique decor. However, several guests were disappointed with aspects such as unprofessional service, lack of staff presence, and poor communication. Common complaints included small or cramped rooms, limited amenities, issues with air conditioning, and the absence of an elevator, which made access difficult for some.
