Key West had few cars because of recent storms. A relatively valid excuse. Your staff was not at all helpful seeking alternate solutions. Eventually after about two hours we were given an adequate vehicle which still smelled of cigarette smoke. The return was easy.

The Hertz location where I was supposed to drop off the car was closed and I didn't know exactly what to do. I wish the employee had told me this when I picked up the car in Key West. There shouldn't be any ambiguity when dealing with a car.

Reservation was confirmed with confirmation number….would you stranded at airport be cause NO vehicles were available at location. Terrible experience will NEVER do business with kayak again
