Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to major attractions, public transportation, and convenient services. Some reviewers also mentioned comfortable beds and generally clean rooms. However, there were significant complaints about the elevators, which were often slow, crowded, or malfunctioning, causing frustration. Service received mixed feedback, with a few guests reporting negative experiences with staff and management, while others found the staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few reviews mentioned issues. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but elevator and service issues detract from the experience.

It's barely a DoubleTree. Clean hotel, good location, excellent staff. Small rooms, slow and few elevators, linens and personal amenities below par.

Cons (-) Water was not working on two occasions. One of 3 elevators (in a 46 floor building) was not working causing 15-20 waits to go down/upstairs. Not a good thing when you are on the 26th floor.
