Pros (+) The hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable. Close to two subway stations. Lobby is beautiful and so is the rooftop bar although it is the most expensive bar I have ever been to.
Cons (-) We paid beforehand, and while checking in they said: "it looks like you're all paid for, so we just need a card for incidents." When we checked out they said, "It will just be $20 for a resident fee"....

Pros (+) The location was great and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The paint on the bathroom door was peeling. The AC was not working and was a huge wet puddle. Plus they charged us extra $30/night for a room with 2 beds even know I booked a 1-2 bed room on Kayak.
