Hotel and rooms are outdated and in need of a makeover. Rugs were dirty, towels thin and no housekeeping in the three days we were there. AC unit was very noisy.

Pros (+) The staff was professional and courteous.
Cons (-) The approved early check in was denied. Suppose to check in at 1:00 p.m. We were made to edit until 3:00 p.m. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We requested and paid for queen sized beds and were given a room with full sized instead. I would not recommend this facility to friends and family.

Pros (+) I know what to expect for the price I get. This is my second stay (Thanksgiving) with my spouse and dog. And will likely book for Christmas as well. It's a convenient location to my brothers house which is great. But he also happens to live right near Christiana Mall, Delaware Park Casino, so nothing is ever far. And it's right off 95. Pet fee was $25 a day. Which is cheap to me.
Cons (-) The towels are not ultra plush, and the iron was cheap and lightweight, but those are little things.

Pros (+) didn't have any hot water Friday eve. called and reported and still no hot water on Syyat morning also had a prank call at 5:45am called office they said someone was making prank calls they could not trace it they forgot wake up call on Sun breakfast okay
