Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, there are repeated complaints about malfunctioning elevators, with some guests getting stuck or finding only one in service. While most reviews highlight positive experiences, a few note issues with room comfort, internet connectivity, and occasional lapses in staff attitude or amenities. Overall, the hotel is seen as clean, welcoming, and well-located, with good value for the price.AI-generated from customer reviews
