Staff was nice. Room was dusty. Pool was out of service…charged full amenity fee (offered use of pool at hotel down the street). Great location.

Pros (+) The hotel is right in the heart of Newport, close to restaurants and shops. You can park your car when you arrive and never need it during your stay.
Cons (-) The room was nice enough although the bathroom is small as noted by other reviewers. At the regular rate, it’s probably a decent value given it’s location. But on holiday weekends they double the nightly rate and once they add in the $35 amenity fee (for what?) it becomes a $600/night room overlooking the parking lot. If I didn’t have to be in town for a wedding I wouldn’t have paid it.
