Cons: Options for choice at breakfast could have been better-missed out on toast, no croissants & porridge. Safe locked. Signage to outside seating missing or poor.

Cons: I had a ground floor room. Unfortunately you could hear every footstep of people in room above including 'visits' to the bathroom.

Cons: The window wouldn't open properly, which, as well as being a fire-safety hazard, considering the heatwave weather we were having at that time, meant the high ceiling fan merely oven roasted us. ...

Pros: Warm welcome,good quality room with freeview tv and very comfortable bed.Welsh cakes[biscuits] a nice touch.
Cons: Ground floor rooms directly by car park so had to pull curtains for privacy - no nets/blinds for screening.No greeting in the restaurant so had to wait to attract attention to order.Restaurant "system" for ordering not explained ie order drinks at the bar and food at the table.
