Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests found the hotel's cleanliness to be lacking, with frequent complaints about dirty rooms, stained bedding, and pests. However, several reviews praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the hotel's strategic location. Some guests also appreciated the spaciousness of certain rooms. Despite these positives, bed comfort was a common issue, with many citing dirty or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the service and location received positive remarks, cleanliness and bed quality were major concerns.
