Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to Gillette Stadium and local attractions. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality, though a few noted areas for improvement. Service received mixed feedback: while some staff members were described as friendly and accommodating, others were seen as unprofessional or unhelpful. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but some guests reported issues with dirty carpets, elevators, and occasional room cleanliness lapses. Overall, the positives focused on location, breakfast, and some helpful staff, while negatives centered on inconsistent service and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were only fair. My stay was three nights long. Towels were not changed. Trash was not picked up. Beds were not made.
The towel hooks were falling off the wall as well as the toilet paper dispenser. Ok hotel.
Pros (+) The breakfast was good
Cons (-) The pool was closed
Pros (+) Great breakfast, friendly staff and good overall values.
Pros (+) The hotel was clean and staff was polite !
Cons (-) I wish I could of enjoyed the pool . I wish it was opened a little earlier before check out . I didn't get to go in it even once . It was disappointing . I also wasn't impressed with the morning breakfast.
