Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning the proximity to the water park and attractions for children. However, there were consistent concerns about cleanliness, with reports of inadequate housekeeping and maintenance issues. Breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with many finding it repetitive or lacking in quality. Service experiences varied, with some guests praising staff friendliness while others cited unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good option for families seeking space and location, but improvements in cleanliness and food quality are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
