Pros: Location was perfect for my trip.
Cons: Overall it was a clean place to stay however there were trays from room service left in the hall for the better part of the day. Also you cannot day you have a gym and it not be big enough for even 2 people to train at the same time. I thought the price was good when I booked but not after staying here. It’s maybe $70 a night place to stay not $100. Staff was polite and helpful.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: I think the architecture of this hotel is beautiful which is why I booked it. Beds where comfortable límenes and towel were clean and room was serviced well.
Cons: Gym was the size of suite, to work out you need to go to a gym near the hotel which is a bit inconvenient. The rug in our room had weird smell when we walk into the room for the first time, after the room was serviced it seemed to have gone was. It was a bit outdated for the price paid per night. I paid less at another Hilton location that was much nicer and both hotels where located in suburban cities in Tennessee.

Pros: I liked the location the best because I needed to be at Melton Lake a few times over the weekend and it was with an 8 minute drive to get there.
Cons: I didn't like that I needed to be out of room before 10 in order to get maid service. I'm on vacay, I want to sleep in. They can't come in to get me fresh towels after 10am? I had a Do Not Disturb sign up before then, but you can't come later?

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpfully. The gentlemen that checked me in went out of his way to get me the room that wanted. The room was clean.

6.0 Good
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Waited 10 minutes at the front desk. Key care to first room did not work. Rather than just running a new card, the clerk reassigned us to a different room. Unfortunately that room had a horrible sewage smell. So we were moved to a 3rd room

9.6 Excellent
Cons: Very accommodate
