Pros (+) They were very kind to us, never once complained when we asked for more towels or wanted a different room to fit more people. They were very generous
Cons (-) I do wish they had been more strict on there guidelines with only 10 people in the pool. When me and my family got into the pool, no one else should’ve been allowed, but families kept coming and by the time we left 40 minutes later there were easily over 20 people. It was so crowded and it was impossible to social distance. So that was the only complaint I had
