The place just seemed really run down and the bathroom shower tub was filthy with stains all over it
Pros:Price was good especially for over Thanksgiving, and staff was very friendly.
Cons:Pillows were pretty bad and our showers were freezing cold our last day there
Pros:The hotel was newly renovated and was gorgeous. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:They let us hang out in the pool and hot tub after hours and even brought us towels.
Cons:The hotel was very dirty. There were leaves all over the first floor. Parts of the ceiling were open and just hanging. Our comforter was stained.

Cons:Room was dirty, tub was clogged and wouldn't drain during showers, clientele was very questionable. When we checked-in and drove around the side of the hotel to park, there was a large group having a bar-b-que in the parking lot, drinking beer and smoking. Not very inviting for our young family. Plus, the first room we checked into smelled like it had just been smoked in, which is ironic considering they have signs posted all over that the hotel is '100% smoke free.' Had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Then when we went to the pool area, there was a very questionable-looking couple having sex in the jacuzzi while their daughter swam in the pool by herself. Overall, horrible experience and we will never stay there again, regardless of the rates. Don't even bother with this place!
Pros:I reserved four rooms and asked that they all be close together for the family. Only 2 rooms were close at all. We also couldn't check in until after 4:30 pm because the rooms weren't clean yet.
Cons:The hotel overbilled me for an extra night and refused to take off the extra charges. There are several other hotels around this one which I would recommend instead. At least they would be honest. The air conditioner also didn't work in one of the rooms.
