Been here many times. Love the place
Was "meh"
Logistics of the hotel in terms to proxmity of everything in Orlando was great.
Room was not 100% clean. HVAC in the room was designed poorly so during the night we would get woken up by the unit fan coil cycling. Sanitary drain for the toilet had an issue with the piping in that when you flush the toilet it would keep sucking air for a good 5 minutes, was just annoying to listen to. While room had an echo like it needed more pictures or something on the walls. Corridor was bleak. Parking was horrendous.
Staff was very friendly and the fact the room was clean and ready during my check in process
Hotel in the round
This was our first time staying Melia. The staff were super attentive and very pleasant. We spent some time both at the pool and the bar and were never disappointed. 360 was also a bit surprised. The food was excellent and diverse. Their pizza, cooked in a open fire oven, was superb.
Are only disappointment was that the shuttles seemed a bit expensive. Initially we had thought they were part of the package. Minor issue.
A good Orlando hotel experience
Location. Quiet. Relaxed. Staff was attentive and friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite which was very reasonably priced and ample. Close to all things Disney, yet far enough away to lose the crowd at the end of the day. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.
Under renovation (summer 2016). No acknowledgement of this at the time of reservation. They attempted to compensate, but it still was inconvenient. Forehand knowledge would have allowed mental preparation for the experience. Murals on the walls outside elevator doors need to go.
good location
unfriendly frontdesk staff did not clean my room on time ants in the room furniture not working increase resort fees but cut back on services
very unorganized and not enough people on staff!
Great Location for Visiting Disney, Kissimmee or C
Very close to Walt Disney World. Perfect location for visiting Celebration. We had a 2-bedroom unit, which was excellent. Each bedroom and the living room had a flatscreen TV. The wireless internet worked perfectly here, if you bring your own tablet or phone. We were on the 4th floor- great view. My bed was so comfortable- the bed and pillows were excellent. Kitchen was great- we cooked breakfast every day. The staff was friendly, from he front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping- all nice. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
One thing that was confusing was that with the card key that they give you, you can enter the pool area from the gate which is outside the office in front, but you cannot go back out the same way. To get back to the parking lot, you actually must enter the main building which has a bar and the front desk. They didn't tell us that at first, so it was confusing figuring that out. Minor issue.
Spacious two bedroom suite. Anthony at the front desk was very, very helpful. Bathrooms were clean, and felt modern. I did not use outside facilities or pool.
TVs were terrible, taking 5 to 8 seconds to switch channels, very frustrating when you're tired and just trying to find something to watch. AC was quite loud. Building interior felt a touch old and worn.
Nice hotel for the price, but seems very used.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable.
Never had enpugh bath linens. Often times didn't have washcloths at all after the room was cleaned. Kept getting locked out of room and gates due to tickets not working. Very little parking near our building we stayed in. Second stay there. Nice, but will choose another hotel next time.

Had to ask for an alarm clock, with tip to have delivered to room. No kitchen linens. Asked for "resort fee" to be waived upon check-in. Was told they would waive it, but got bill under the door for the fee. Customer service person waived it, but I had to go to the desk to check-out in the morning. Overall, I liked the room and would stay there again. Very close to Celebration hospital, which was the main consideration for our trip.
I like it all, specially comfortable beds and soft sheets.
Maybe checking time, but I guess the hours are standar everywhere.
