Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere. The location is highly rated for its convenience to attractions and beautiful surroundings. Many guests enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the top-notch amenities such as the spa, pools, and wellness facilities. Cleanliness and overall comfort also received positive mentions. Some minor drawbacks included dated facilities, occasional noise from children, and lack of air conditioning, but these did not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experiences reported by most guests.

Pros (+) Location is perfect, central to the village, near the shopping area, and at the same time really close to the mountains, for trekking and skiing. Leisure options provided by the hotel (guided excursions, fitness classes...) are more than enough, as are facilities ( several pools, saunas, bar with live music, etc) Food is exceptional!
Cons (-) Nothing. But longer hours will be welcomed (for example, some spa nights, with pools open later than usual)
