Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near major attractions and transport, as well as the wide range of amenities including free drinks, ice cream, and daily activities. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and the hotel was noted for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. While rooms were often described as small, this was generally seen as typical for the area and did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
