Location was the only good thing about this place
Toilets that actually flushed. It’s the worst value for what you spend
Staff was hard to reach on phone. The pool wasn’t cleaned and has bugs in it.
Discounted rates due to limited amenities and service.
The dead body infront of my room overshadowed our entire trip. My wife and I were traumatized from that.
A person fell from the 6th floor into the main lobby. The person died and the body wis right infront of our hotel room for 5-6 hours. They didnt switch out room or give us any kind of comps for this. !!A dead body in front of our room!!
The room was large and overlooked both the pool and the outdoor bar, yet was not at all noisy. Hot tub area was great.
Bed was too soft and the room cleaning schedule is bananas. Had to turn away the 8:30am cleaning crew on a Saturday(!). On Sunday we left the hotel by 8am, yet by 2pm the room still hadn’t been cleaned. This meant no cleanup at all during my 3 night stay.
I love how the living room can be separated by a door . This is one of the reason we have stayed here. I also loved the staff. Very friendly.... and helpful. the one hour of free drinks , cheese , and crackers was a plus too
I didn’t like the parking .. hotel doesn’t offer parking to guests . They do however offer valet which cost $25 a day. I was a little disappointed by the pool. The pool was dirty this visit. Also , our toilet in our room seemed to be plugged. Bathtub seemed to be a little dirty.
Everything about the experience. Pool wasn’t too crowded which was really nice.
Resort fee, and additional resort fee.
Needs to be renovated
the starbucks coffee in the room and the layout of the room itself
how old the furniture looked. hotel needs to be renovated! the check in reception desk employees were not as professional as i expected from a Hyatt.
Central to downtown Palm Springs, friendly staff.
Heat didn't work in my room and the hotel is very tired and in need of a renovation.
Their room have a separate living room area
The parking lot to avoid a 25 dollar valet parking is a hike
When back to my room in the evening and found roaches all over the place call downstairs and they didn't move my room just came to clean up they told my I was gonna get remburst but no body in the day shift got the memo so I got to pay full price for a roach room never going back
Staff was not so friendly. Our room was just abo
Location was great.
Young people were cursing and obnoxious and little children were listening to this and no staff did a thing. The rooms were very dark Like a dungeon.
