Pros (+) Read a lot of mixed reviews on here, and as always mixed results. My review is strictly for an overnight stay after a flight from San Francisco (8 hours). Would I stay there for like a week? Probably not; but that’s just cause I would want a more resort style vibe, not cause it’s lacking in anything. Pros (+) Rooms modern, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated to walk to center of town with Public Market etc. Also in walking distance to Ferry/Cruise Ship terminals - but not with suitcases due to street construction and heavy traffic

Pros (+) Location of hotel in heart of Papette is convenient location. However I did not find the reception staff overly helpful when our Air France departure flight was cancelled on Friday, Sept 25 and did not fly out until Sunday Sept 27 at 3:00 am.
Cons (-) Location of our room was on main avenue and very noisy. Also the sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock so they delivered a piece of wood to jam in the door frame. Whilst the room was large is was impersonal. the room and the hotel in general was very dark.
