Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near metro stations, shops, and restaurants. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Additionally, several guests found the rooms to be very small and lacking in comfort. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service, cleanliness, and room size are needed.
