Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenient access to transportation, as well as the comfort of the beds in several rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with noise due to poor sound insulation, and several guests were dissatisfied with the bathroom facilities, mentioning cleanliness, layout, and maintenance problems. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were considered unprofessional. Cleanliness standards were generally acceptable but not outstanding. The lack of an elevator and the condition of the stairs were also common concerns.
