Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near major attractions and public transport, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as stained carpets and rooms not matching the photos. Room size was another common complaint, with several guests finding the rooms very small and cramped. Noise from other guests or poor soundproofing was also noted by some. Overall, while the location and service received positive feedback, improvements in cleanliness and room size are needed.
