Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near metro stations and local amenities, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff receives frequent praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness, contributing to a positive experience for many visitors. Breakfast is often described as varied and enjoyable. However, several guests mention that the rooms are quite small, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with a lot of luggage.
