A family-run hotel that is located about 800 m from the city center, at only 500m from Lake Trasimeno. This is a quiet area of complete relaxation. The property is close to Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and Orvieto, and it is in the border with Tuscany. The property features a wonderful terrace in in order to fully enjoy the quiet and serene environment of the hills of Umbria and a fantastic pool where to indulge in a refreshing stay. And in order to make easier the guests' stay, there is a garage for bicycles or motorcycles. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom each and with a telephone, a television and a hairdryer (on request)
