Pros (+) A TXRoadhouse right next door
Cons (-) Old,ugly, bad mattress, the "breakfast" was a disgusting watered down coffee and nothing else. I can believe that Wyndham would have their name on it.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient and accessible. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, stained bedding, and even roaches. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful staff and issues with amenities. While a few guests found the price reasonable and the staff friendly, the overwhelming sentiment was dissatisfaction due to poor hygiene and inconsistent service.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Nothing is a trash
Cons (-) Never ever
Pros (+) There was 2 beds. Clean sheets. And continel breakfast. That was it.
Cons (-) Cleaning!!! And noise control. We were woke up in the middle of the night both nights by unruly guests. We had a 3 and 6 yr old with us and was awoken both nights. The room smelt moldy. Curtains, lamp floor, bathroom was filthy. We almost left 1st night. I and 1 of the children have asthma and it was horrible. Very disappointed that Wyndham would even be affiliated with this facility
Cons (-) We enjoyed our stay . Very clean room, staff was very helpful
Pros (+) It was conveniently located to a lot of places, not too far from the beach. It was not in a bad area of Pensacola. The bed was actually really comfortable. Staff was nice.
Cons (-) The hotel is definitely older. Most of the furniture in the room was banged up, some of it was a little wobbly even. The pictures of the room with the nice wood looking floor was definitely not the case for our room. Ours had old carpet. I don't know if the rooms are in progress of being remodeled and that was one that had been done, but it felt a bit like the wool was being pulled over our eyes. ...

Pros (+) Nice for the price
Cons (-) Alittle rust
Pros (+) Wi-first was good, close to highway, food and shopping
Cons (-) Water leak in room for 3 days and had a must wet mildew smell, was not fixed or nor moved to another room they didn't even offer to move us or adjust billing. Had to book an additionall day and they said they will move us to another room due to the leak issue and I won't have to pay for the night, but they charged my card anyway. On day 3 of our 5 day stay I asked if they ever change our sheets, a...

Pros (+) Very clean and comfortable
Cons (-) The breakfast was marginal
Pros (+) The location is convenient, the beds were comfortable
Cons (-) Booked 7 nights for vacation. 5 nights and 4 rooms later ... The first room was very damp and smelled like mildew. It had a broken down dehumidifier in the corner of the closet. On day 2 I moved to a nicer room, but the TV didn't work. The maintenance guy got it working (the maids apparently pull the wires and the electrical splitter ends up half unplugged). A 2nd visit from maintenance got the ca...
