Pros (+) The fact that location was only a very short distance from everything including Walmart Ross and a lot more
Cons (-) I found a roach in my room Which tells me that it was not very clean also room service collected my dirty towels and rags but never replaced anything and never even cleaned my room or make the bed up. You had to pay more for a room with microwave and refrigerator and no coffee maker was in room

Cons (-) They advertise 100% smoke free, that is 100% BS! There was cigarette burns on the table, holes in the comforter, there was even a cigarette burn on the soap holder in the shower. People outside we’re up all hours of the night. My family and I slept in our clothes, didn’t bother taking off our shoes, didn’t bother taking a shower, left as early as we could. Pros (+) Super quiet, right off I-10, ajcent to a small mall with 8+ restraunts. Sheets were clean. Got the 79$ rate just a few hrs before arriving, so pretty cheap for two full beds. A/c was spot on for temp which was important to us. I chose this place bc it was close to our long day driving distance limit and because all the hotels nearby (150$) range were full. Great clean waffel house next door.
Cons (-) Our room was grimy - tub, walls, carpet (i wore my flipflops). The faucet was loose, & toilet didnt flush without a couple tries. There were no xtras like a pool, or breakfast. It was older style with stairs at the ends and middle of the 4 long buildings. No elevators so the stairs could be a prob for less mobile folks.
