Pros (+) Help was pleasant, Maria in the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly and efficient. Our room was surprisingly quiet given the location adjacent to a busy highway off-ramp. We had a construction crew in at the time and other than a little back-up beeping as they left in the morning, we really didn't notice any noise issues.
