Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the water, and beautiful views. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms and unclean bathrooms, as well as problems with service, including unfriendly staff, delayed room cleaning, and maintenance concerns. Noise from nearby venues and bars was a frequent complaint, especially at night. Parking was also a source of frustration due to high fees and lack of clear communication. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, several operational aspects need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

beautiful location and views, lovely hotel, comfortable and clean bed
Outdated, rooms weren’t the most cleanly, great customer service though
Pros (+) Great view and nice gym
Cons (-) First room was not clean, second room smelled like cigarettes...
Pros (+) Bed and pillows were comfortable, slept on queen bed.
Cons (-) Shower head needs better cleaning, in room coffee station not great. Water in lobby was $4 and no water in room except bathroom tap. Hotel not consistent in face mask rule, security guard and hotel guests not wearing mask or not wearing properly.
Pros (+) We liked the location by the river, you get to see the view of the city and water. The staff was very professional, the rooms are modern and clean. We would definitely stay again, it was a great value for the price.
Cons (-) Nothing, everything was great.
Pros (+) I liked everything. It was a good hotel, clean, and safe.
Cons (-) I didn't like the restaurant or the food. I told the waiter how awful the food was and he immediately took it off my check. I did not expect that at all. I was willing to pay for everything. I wish I had just gone to a restaurant outside of the hotel, but was on a time crunch.
Pros (+) The rooms are spacious and clean. Strong shower. We were coming to Philly for a concert, then going to South Street. The hotel is located at Penns Landing right on the riverfront which is really nice. It’s also close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants on South St. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I can’t speak for the pool or gym facilities because we did not use th...

Cons (-) I would say for the money it was not worth it. It was not that clean in my bathroom hotel. It was very noise, you could hear the traffic all night.
Pros (+) The front desk staff
Cons (-) There was a couple yelling all night in the room next to us. We spent $300 to stay in a nice hotel and didnt sleep all night. I realize this was not the hotel's fault but we asked to be moved and it could happen. It was so terrible.
