We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a small relaxing haven in the middle of busy Phnom Penh. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool most days and it was great to be able to have bar service there. We also tried some teas at their daily tea ceremony which we thought was great. The room itself was quiet, clean and had good facilities such as aircon, kettle, fridge and safe. The staff were absolutely excellent, special shout out goes to Raksmey, Ching Ju and Say in the bar/ restaurant who were always super kind, attentive and helpful.
Was in a slightly quiet area, the nearest supermarket was about a 7 minute walk. Would have been useful to have some portable fans in the seating area next to reception as we would have liked to have sat here much more but found it way too hot to do so (we didn't find the ceiling fans strong enough).
Convenient location, short tuktuk ride from the main attractions in the city. Very good wifi in the room. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and good aircon.
View from the room window was right into another wall, that could've been better. We had an early flight when leaving Phnom Penh and our last breakfast was a little stressful - it was supposed to be served from 6am but until 6.30 around half of the things were not ready yet, but we were able to do with what was available.
It was a beautiful layout, and the breakfast was good.
The rooms were so small, and the AC was pretty weak.
I stayed here three weeks ago, 6 nights. The facility is in excellent condition, common areas are open air but constant air movement makes it pleasant. The room had a bed area and separate TV-tea area, so quite large. Cleaned and resupplied(towels, etc.) every day. Ask for a top floor, good city views. Staff very friendly, responsive and helpful. All good English. The restaurant was very good, awesome buffet breakfast(great cappuccino). Ate a few dinners here, feasting on appetizers which were very yummy. Location is great-good neighborhood and only 3-4 blocks from the Royal Palace complex, many good restaurants in the area. Near great coffee shops, PP's biggest bookstore and boutique shops(Belgian choc). The pool is nice, in good condition and towel service. Good value for the price for lodging which is not in the premium section of Phnom Penh. Would gladly stay here again.
Not much to dislike. It would have been nice to have chairs in the sitting area to relax in. Only Chinese style stools-not so comfy after being out all day. And, the desk chair which I was resigned to was not comfortable. A/C could be more efficient in the sitting room.
Very nice decoration in the lobby and bedrooms. Lovely warm pool, big enough to swim.
The bathrooms are very clean but maybe a little bit outdated. But nothing major really!!
