The Dinosaur Caves Park is only a 3m walk along the shore, with an expanse of walking trails, playground and viewpoints to explore.

With an abundance of breathtaking scenery surrounding the hotel, grab a pair of complimentary binoculars and go wildlife spotting. The majority of facilities can be reached via wheelchair, including the front desk, business center, breakfast room and ADA approved guestrooms.

Lower level rooms provide direct access to outdoor spaces and are more popular; however, upper level dog-friendly rooms are also available. Dogs are welcome, but other pet animals are not. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room, with a combined weight no greater than 100 lb. A nightly fee of approximately $50 per dog will be added to the cost of your reservation.

Located only a 15m drive from San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport in good traffic, catching a taxi is nice and simple. Cabs are readily available from directly outside the terminal, with the fare to the hotel costing approximately $30. Alternatively, you can take the Route 10 bus to Pismo Beach and then change to the #21 bus to Lighthouse Inn North. This will drop you about 0.6 mi from the hotel, with the trip taking around 1h 15m and costing approximately $5.

A quiet business center offers a secluded area to get some work done. Photocopying and faxing services are available. Complimentary newspapers can be picked up from the reception area, allowing you to stay up to date on the news of the world while away on vacation.
