This place is excellent value for your money. Rooms are ocean facing, staff is very helpful, pool and facilities are top notch, rooms are renovated and clean. I would highly recommend this place .

Pros (+) All was great except the breakfast room that was so small that we were crammed together to pick up anything.

Cons (-) Was very disappointed to find out that beach access was restricted due to the addition of hundreds of sharp rocks at base of stairs. No longer felt safe walking to beach with young infant in tow.

Pros (+) View from our room was fabulous. The outdoor area beautiful with lots of seating and they had fires going morning and evening. Every person who worked there were happy to be of service. Continental breakfast was good and kept replenished. Will definitely stay again.
Cons (-) Not really the hotel's fault but when tide is high you can't access beach from their stairs but you are able to walk a couple of streets over to access a public staircase.
Pros (+) Everything. From l, lovation, cleanliness, staff, view. Everything was amazing. There are a lot of hotels on the same street but this one looks and feels like a resort for a fair price. Defiantly going back!
