Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently mention major issues with parking, including construction, off-site parking, and limited availability, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for elderly guests. Cleanliness of rooms and friendliness of staff are generally praised, and some guests appreciated the pool and room size. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool temperature, lack of amenities, and ongoing construction. Service quality was mixed, with some staff members being helpful and others less so. Overall, while the hotel offers clean rooms and friendly service, parking and facility disruptions are significant drawbacks.
