Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spaciousness of the rooms and the convenient location. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty bathrooms, hair, and insufficient cleaning. Bed comfort was also a recurring issue, with multiple guests finding the beds and pillows uncomfortable. Service experiences were mixed, ranging from friendly and helpful staff to reports of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Overall, while the space and location were highlights, improvements in cleanliness, bed comfort, and some aspects of service are needed.
