Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the park entrances, making it ideal for visiting Plitvice. Many found the breakfast to be enjoyable and varied, and several appreciated the spacious rooms. However, a significant number of guests were dissatisfied with the lack of elevators, which made carrying luggage difficult, and some noted issues with service, ranging from very friendly staff to isolated incidents of rudeness.
