Overview

In the heart of Brittany in the cradle of the Arthurian legend, the Best Western Plus Le Roi Arthur Hotel et Spa, Ploermel, France, welcomes guests to a charming establishment for a relaxing stay, set in an exceptional lakeside park with a unique view of the water and a mild micro-climate made for calm and rejuvenation. The rooms come in several categories, some with a private terrace or balcony and views over the golf or the lake, some interconnecting for families, and a nature spa and wellness centre add room to unwind. The lakeside park keeps the surroundings serene. The hotel sits beside a lake at the edge of the legendary forest of Broceliande, the woodland of Merlin and the Arthurian tales, with walks among its enchanted springs and standing stones, sailing and windsurfing on the water, and the medieval town of Ploermel and the wider lakes and trails of inland Brittany close by. Deep in the forest, the old legends still cling to the springs and oaks.
