Summary of reviews

Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints centered on severe cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained sheets, and unhygienic bathrooms. Many guests felt unsafe due to the presence of drugs, prostitution, and crime on the premises and in the surrounding area. Service was widely criticized as unhelpful or even exploitative, with several guests reporting being overcharged or denied refunds. Noise from other guests and the environment was also a frequent problem. Only a handful of reviews mentioned anything positive, such as friendly staff or good air conditioning, but these were rare exceptions.
