Pros (+) Very clean. Breakfast bar featured a cool automatic pancake maker that has to be seen to be believed. About 20 miles off the turnpike, in a resort-type area near Lake Erie shore.
Cons (-) Requested hotel near Fremont exit on turnpike via this booking service and among the listings in Fremont got this one in Port Clinton instead of the one in Fremont. Unfortunately I did not google map this address before booking. Got off at Fremont exit in heavy fog and was told at Fremont Holiday Inn Express that we had to drive 20 more miles to Port Clinton Holiday Inn Express. We had already pai...

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, accommodating and incredible
Cons (-) The facilities were a bit "dingy" and dated. It was as if you were stepping into the 1970's. Also, the lighting fixture had bugs in it and they buzzed... always a turn off. Otherwise a nice place.
