Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently report significant cleanliness and hygiene issues, including dirty rooms, mold, roaches, and neglected facilities. Service is also a major concern, with many guests describing staff as rude, unhelpful, or indifferent, and management as unresponsive to complaints. The pool and breakfast receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding the pool area pleasant but others noting maintenance problems. The hotel's location is one of the few consistently positive aspects, with several guests appreciating its proximity to events, shopping, and dining. Overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service outweigh the positives, though some guests found the layout and amenities acceptable for the price.AI-generated from customer reviews
