Pros (+) Check in was easy, although it did take longer than it should have.
Cons (-) I booked a “double room” which usually means two beds. However I walked into the room to see one bed. I went back to the front desk to address the issue and she said “Double room means one double bed.” WTF? Changing to a room with 2 beds bumped up the room rate from $60 to $95. Not happy.
