Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to key attractions and amenities. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests naming employees who provided exceptional service. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, including issues with mold, unpleasant odors, and insufficient room maintenance. While some guests appreciate the room size and structure, others feel that the hotel is in need of renovation and that the rooms do not always match the photos. Overall, the positives are the location and staff, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
