Toilet paper could be better No towel in the toilet
The staffs were really nice, you can exchange money there for a good value. There was elevator, and there were enough utensils in the kitchen. Walk several minutes to tram, bus and metro station.
It's a little bit noisy, not soundproof. Unstable internet connection.
They charge extra money for towels. Extremely small rooms, kitchen too small and busy to use.
Location was perfect. We also were able to book the perfect room for 5 of us - one single room with 5 individual beds ( not those bunk bed kinds), with a shared bathroom. The room had a big window - had amazing views. One drawback: Traffic outside could get real loud. But it's not a deal breaker at all! Staff was very helpful and quite nice. Facilities were also decent. No complaints really.

That's a quite good location, the river is just at the corner, and the tramway is 5min walk. 15 min walk from the old centre, and 25min by tram from the train station.
Beds poorly cumfortable. Very noisy. Rooms and bathrooms barely clean. Very small common room compared to the size of the hostel, so not really welcoming and quite cold.
