The staff was very nice. Breakfast much better than I expected. Loved the pine trees all around.
The A/C took some time to cool the room down.
Kayak and the ponderosa lost our reservations
The morning assustant manager was fantastic. He was apologetic and seemed sincere in his desire to right the wrong that his morning staff had caused.
When we arrived our room had been given to someone else. After 45 min of discussion and showing our receipt we had our room, "supposedly for 2 nights." Next day we het a call that our things were being removed from room. We missed part of our event, "state wrestling" due to phone conversations about the mistake.
Comfortable beds, good location in the Pines near downtown.
Lots of bugs outside the room at night this time of year, they should consider yellow bug light bulbs next to the doors.
Old Rundown Hotel
Breakfast was oK
The hot tub was closed for the season. I was very disappointed this information was not disclosed to us on the reservation website. Secondly, the room ceilings had several cracks. We decided that this will be the last time staying at Confort Inn.
A tad bit on the trashy side
I liked how close it was to town 1.4 miles and it was quiet all night and most of the day
It seemed like several people lived there... Some scary people at that! Next time because of that I might stay at a more upscale rather than cheap!
"Situated in Prescott, this hotel is within 2 mi (3 km) of Whiskey Row, Prescott Historic Downtown and Prescott College. Yavapai College and Thumb Butte are also within 6 mi (10 km). "
