It was such a cute place in a great location, loved the little yard to enjoy the weather. Easy check in/checkout Parking right in front and 2 blocks from downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row

Pros (+) The staff was very nice. Breakfast much better than I expected. Loved the pine trees all around.
Cons (-) The A/C took some time to cool the room down.

Pros (+) The morning assustant manager was fantastic. He was apologetic and seemed sincere in his desire to right the wrong that his morning staff had caused.
Cons (-) When we arrived our room had been given to someone else. After 45 min of discussion and showing our receipt we had our room, "supposedly for 2 nights." Next day we het a call that our things were being removed from room. We missed part of our event, "state wrestling" due to phone conversations about the mistake.
