1.0 Poor
Pros: location was nice. The restaurant was nice, food really good. The Staff at the hotel were very nice and happy to help.
Cons: The noise was terrible. I should have gone to another Hotel when they handed me earplugs during my check in. My room was small and run down. Next time I will just read about the history instead of living it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in downtown Prescott on Whiskey Row so it is within walking distance to a lot of great spots
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that the hotel was historic and very convenient. It was clean and the staff was wonderful! Hotel employee helped me at the desk!
7.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to saloons, museums ,courthouse square ,etc. Good fresh breakfast
Cons: Rooms could be bigger Could Have individual heat controls in the rooms
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and history of the hotel was fun. Breakfast was good and bar/restaurant was nice.
Cons: Small bathroom area and no chain lock or peep hole in door to room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is older and historical so we didn’t expect modern stuff. Location is nice cuz shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We like that there are shops downstairs and the free parking structure behind the hotel is convenient. Staff were friendly. Love that there is free breakfast that comes with each night of your stay and it’s a full American breakfast, not continental breakfast like most hotels offer. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom faucet and shower need upgrade. Wish there was a place to put toiletries by the sink. Took some time to get the right temp for the water to take a shower. Lobby needs updating too but then again it’s a historical place so I guess that’s part of the ambiance?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I chose it for its towntown location AND it is reasonable.
Cons: Our bathroom was tiny and old fashioned, but who cares? If I want a spa experience I will go to one.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location/view to see the town square lights. Hotel staff have always been very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The restaurant manager "Will" was not as friendly as the rest of the hotel/restaurant staff. He seemed put out that we were even there to eat. After sliding the menus across the table to us and mumbling something, we got up and left. While we really didn't want to walk elsewhere, we were definitely made to feel more welcomed at another establishment down the road a bit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Character of the old building and the pleasantness of all the employees
Cons: Everything was perfect
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Place could use some new carpet
1.0 Poor
Pros: Bistro food was good. Great restaurants nearby and historic ambiance was wonderful.
Cons: No refrigerator, coffee pot, or thermostat in room. TINY bathroom with tiny shower that didn’t drain- GROSS! Entire hotel NOT handicap/disability friendly! Elevator requires use of both hands and good bit of strength, so you cannot use while holding bags. No fitted sheet on bed- YUCK! No parking, have to use public parking garage nearby. Breakfast redeemed only through limited certificates we had to pick up nightly, with any foods not on certificate being extra $. VERY RUDE STAFF at all hours. Many loud drunks during the night, so staff has earplugs upon request. Lobby restroom requires tokens! Areas of room appear to never get cleaned. Gross, unfriendly, and uncomfortable place to stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice experience, the location was great and hospitality was exceptional. I m sensitive to sound while trying to sleep...I had no problems in my room.
Cons: No in room coffee maker. Small bathroom with no counter top area around sink. Renovation would be welcome but it has a rustic feel that compensates for the lack of modern amenities.

Pros: They just finished remodeling so the location and room were quite modern, full of useful amenities, and very clean
Cons: They weren’t quite finished yet so the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable and certain areas were inaccessible due to painting
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, the staff was very kind, and the complimentary breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of options for everyone.
Cons: There was some mechanical issues that will keep us from returning, the biggest being that the AC in our room stopped working over night and I woke up at 2am because it was so hot. My whole family struggled to sleep because of it. The fan was blowing, but wasn't blowing cold air. By the time I was ready to go down to breakfast I was sweating. However, after we returned from breakfast the AC had kicked back on and the room was cooler and you could physically feel the unit blowing out cooler air. We did mention this issue as we checked out so they could look into it. Also, the pool water was very cold. My kids swam for a little bit, but it was way too cold for me.

Cons: Not the places fault since they were doing some external upgrades to the building but the no see out windows were kind of not good. They are painting the building. The pool and spa where being repaired also. They did offer you the option of using the facilities at another location close by. Work should be completed soon.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean had everything needed. Excellent experience.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The office staff..
Cons: Everything else. Holes in the comforter also smelled. Appears that most people who stay there are long term hanging out all hours in front of doors, noisy, cars running in and out all night. Do not feel safe at all. No way could this place be a 2,5 star.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was neat and clean. The office manager was very friendly. Offered names of places to eat. It was close to the hospital where we had an appointment. Most important, the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: No. For the price it was a good deal.

Cons: It would be nice if they brought their pool back; it is filled in with rocks.
5.0 Okay

1.0 Poor
Pros: The only thing I liked was the location.
Cons: The room was not at all what was shown in the pictures. The pictures showed updated rooms for the room I selected. The bathtub was gross and the microwave was gross and had a random microwave plate that didn't fit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet.
Cons: The view out the back was the roof top of a building, so no view. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator, my husband is handicap and stairs are very difficult for him.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a quaint hotel. My room was so cute and I was surprised at the amenities, there was a fridge and microwave. The bath towels were full sized wrap around towels which is unusual in hotels.
Cons: The plug for the drain didn't work so I could not take a relaxing bath like I wanted.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, great wifi connection.
Cons: It was fine. Just not exceptional.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Paper thin walls kept up all night by people upstairs
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: You could feel the springs in the mattress the toilet keep running all night so no sleep
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of room. And host very nice and helpful staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: You get a cosy and clean room that has everything a traveler requires (good bed, bathroom, WiFi and so on). The staff was really nice and helpful. You walk maybe 15 to 20 minutes to get to the town center.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The attendant on duty took one look at me and gave a room to her right and told the gentlemen in front of me to go to the left. I later realized that the rooms to her right were older, smelly, un-vacuumed with ugly hair on the bed. Totally disguisting! This was not the room advertized on the internet. I went straight back to the office to complain. The apologizing attendant gave me a room to her left. This time, the room looked alot cleaner and smelled better. We rested ok, I guess Do not recommend anyone staying there. Was a little scary, being a bit away from the town setting.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The Sierra Inn is conveniently located just south of downtown Prescott, right on the highway. Even though on the highway, it is quiet. We had a huge corner room (18) with 2 queen beds. Check in was quick.
Cons: Cleanliness - One bedspread had a stain on it that appeared to have been pretty recent, like someone had vomited on it. The white grout on the bathroom floor isn't white any more. Toilet paper holder had been pulled off the wall and was missing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was updated very well.
Cons: Noisy heater
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room spacious and clean...
Cons: Nothing

Pros: the location was good access to job
Cons: always messing with the rate depending on their business, no one was on the same page, cost me more than the booking rate. one minute 139.00 then 189.00

Pros: The staff made it possible for us to get two beds becuz we cane in at a later time.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was excellent
Cons: Everything was okay but wish hotel provided hair dryer.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. My room wasn’t even available after 3p. She gave me the keys to it but said it wasn’t cleaned yet and she would call me when it was. So we went to eat and she called me and said she had a different room for me. So I came back and she gave me another room. It stunk like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. The door barely closed. I complained and she said she had no other rooms. I asked for the original room back and she said well that one is actually taken and I can’t have that one. She said I’ll come have house keeping spray the room, so they come with this bottle and spray like three sprays and said “There this should be fine” and walked out. Totally ridiculous. Cops were at the hotel both nights we were there. The hotel staff were having a staff meeting in the front lobby when we checked out and they were slinging profanities and my young children were standing there. Horrible. This is not even the full list of all of the other problems with this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff handled my changes excellent!
7.0 Good
Cons: rather have a tub next time you remodel

7.9 Good
Pros: Great place to stay with your pet. The room was the perfect size.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is good, and the landscaping allows for a very nice quiet space for sitting outside. I visited in late summer, so of course the creek was dry, but I walked the trace and could see in the spring that it would be quite nice with cool weather.
Cons: It is a little worn around the edges. We had #2, and it had a non-functioning TV, urine stains around the toilet, and pretty beat up draperies and such. Definitely could profit from some upgrades.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to family
Cons: Very dirty, sheets had hair in them, stains all over walls.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful setting, open space in room.
Cons: Sheets were not cleaned appropriately
7.0 Good
Pros: I did not have to talk to anyone just enter code and I was in. There was extra plates and dishes and silverware. The room was very cozy and the property was nice and tucked away in the mountains so for someone who likes to feel secluded it was nice.
Cons: There was no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen, there was no plunger in the bathroom and with no staff this could have been a problem. The extra blanket in the closet has dog hair on it and the courtyard was very dark at night so some wild pigs were sniffing around and scared me when I went to go to my vehicle at night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet cottage!
Cons: We had a lot of trouble with the TV. The cable kept messing up the picture and some channels wouldn't come in at all! Not sure I like the fact that management is no longer on site.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Pretty area, cute cottages, pet-friendly, data was very nice! Plan on returning with my husband for our anniversary!
Cons: Not enough parking. Coffee maker was there, but pot was missing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enough trees to make you feel secluded. Very happy there is a full kitchen with all the things to cook and eat with. Just feels like old fashioned cabins.
Cons: The was really nothing negative.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Was a little upset with the cable television. It kept displaying a no signal detected on the screen. We weren’t able to watch some shows before bed because of this.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Liked the friendly help from Josh very helpful. Like the decor and close to all restaurants
4.0 Okay
Pros: the staff was friendly and it was fairly clean I enjoyed the outdoors seating areas among the trees
Cons: shower scalding hot or ice cold I expected rustic but not worn out a little shabby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this place! The lady in the office was so nice and made my experience perfect! Much better than my last experience at the Gordon James Motel. Gordon James had no pots/pans/silverware. It was dirty.I stayed for 20 mins and they charged me ----
Cons: Parking! But it was worth the walk. I will definitely stay again.

Pros: It was very clean and in the location that we wanted.
Cons: It was very small and the bathrooms were tiny.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Good for a one night stay if that for adults only, if you don't mind leaving with bug bites.
Cons: They charged me extra for my two small children. And the lady kept saying it is OK, it's your fault just fix it and it's OK. I also left with 3 bites on my body. We were staying there for two days until we were able to sign a lease for our house and we had a U-Haul trailer on the back of our truck and had nowhere to park. There are like 10 parking spots if that and none of them are big enough for a full size truck if that.

Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The vintage style of the hotel and breakfast was great for continental!
Cons: No elevator, but after a few drinks who cares...lol
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed in lots of different properties on my worldly travels but this hotel goes into my top ten. Whilst not the usual run of the mill hotel with clinical rooms. This charming, historical hotel is great. The staff very very professional, welcoming and helpful. The rooms each individually named, we stayed in the Prospectors room have been decorated fabulously. They maybe a little compact for some travellers but we loved our air con and ceiling fan in the room. The bathroom though was super with a stand alone tub and brilliant complimentary water and toiletries. We ordered breakfast the night before and it was served on time in the room next morning, it was very good quality. There was cookies, coffee and iced water available on nearby landing The room also had several modern amenities iPod dock, cable tv and excellent WiFi. Location was on the historic Whiskey Row in easy walking distance of downtown Prescott’s restaurant and bars.
Cons: Having only spent one night there. It’s a great hotel. Parking could be an issue we were lucky to get street parking opposite. Also be wary all rooms are upstairs and just be aware no elevator in the hotel. We were aware of this so packed from main suitcase into secondary one for one night stay.
