The hotel was relatively clean. Several things seemed to need repair or replacement: sink in the bathroom, desk chair, etc. Customer service was good though.

We were so sad to learn that the pool was closed due to a chlorine shortage. My little kids were super disappointed!!! The continental breakfast was just a “grab and go bag” consisting of a granola bars, juice, yogurt and fruit cup. On their website they had said they advertised waffles bacon and eggs. Cons (-) Make sure the rooms are available. Do not get the accessible rooms. When you shower the water just goes everywhere.

Pros (+) Room size and fridge and microwave and no deposit
Cons (-) The cleanliness. Our first room one of the beds smelled like feet so we had to move. The beds you can feel the springs in your back. I guess this is just not things I’m use to staying at Baymonts. In Slc ours are super nice clean and comfortable. I think $75 was pretty steep for what we got.

Cons (-) The room was okay, but the shower was weak and didn't have all the extra shelves like some of your other rooms for extras...like our own shampoo and other toiletries for showing.
