Not much to like.
To start didn¿t get the room I booked. Front desk person was new and had to call someone. Flies were a pain. Over priced in my opinion.
It was on Highway 69 and that was the route that we were traveling. The person that was working the breakfast was friendly and efficient.
Everything was dirty. The hallways, the elevator, the parking lot. I would not stay here again.
Room was clean, came with a stove top even, hotel had a nice modern look to it but was still under construction
Front desk clerk checking in was nice and polite, but the teenager working the morning was extremely rude and defensive for no reason when asked simple questions, ruined the stay. The hotel was nice but definitely not 4 stars. Worth the price however.
Bed was comfy .
Nasty black mold in the the shower... and I mean a lot and completely nasty. Room #425... queen suite. Very disappointing- elevator was gross as well... rug had stains all over it. Tile/flooring on first floor was nasty as well... pretty sad!
Breakfast gal on Friday and Saturday was delightful and very helpful with our large family. Sunday gal left more to be desired in the hospitality industry.
Sadly too many to mention all. The room reserved after speaking with a very pleasant Hotel employee was supposedly not available upon check in and the gal checking us in was very unprofessional. She then gave us a room that needed many repairs.
The staff was very helpful very good breakfast very clean room
No there was nothing about it but I did lack
Convenient to highway
The breakfast could have been better.
It was right off the highway.
Deceptive description, unfriendly/unhelpful staff, dirty room that smelled like smoke, water backed up in shower above my ankles
Check in person was very polite, helpful, courteous.
Rooms smelled like mildew, from what I was told were leaky ac units. I did get swapped a room on first visit. Second visit I simply stayed somewhere else. I did not pay premium for free cancellation. I did not want to stay there another night
